Crash

Unless the shelving is LIGHTLY loaded, you will eventually hear a crash, most likely in the middle of the night. Why not offer a metal brackets like you do with the clips (which will also snap)?

Side Wall Brackets too big
Bill

I have the same problem as another reviewer. The side wall brackets are too deep for the large gauge frame to reach the bottom. This requires the weight of the shelf to rest on the thin wires of the shelf itself.

brackets

As seen in the picture, the thin wires rest on the top of the bracket. The heavier wire on the bottom of the shelf does not touch the bottom of the bracket. Therefore the shelf weight is supported by the thinner wires and not the heavy shelf framing. As a result my pantry shelf broke at the end . My kit came with a 3D61 bracket and it is too deep to support the shelf. The shelf just hangs from the thin wire, not the lower, sturdier frame of the shelf. This is a very weak system weak system. All C-clamps were installed in studs. Is a shallower bracket available that allows the shelf to rest on the bracket bottom? My walk in closet also had the same problem and was broken when I moved in.
