    As many of the reviewers stated, the shelf is nice, however, it arrived with no hardware whatsoever, so I am left with a box of parts and no shelf.

    Parts were not correctly manufactured

    I ordered two of these and the one I was able to assemble is great. However, one of the Chicago screws and one of the lag screws were so poorly manufactured I was unable to use them. I scavenged the pieces from the second shelf to build the first. I am now on the hunt for the pieces to use for the second shelf. I haven't attempted to assemble the second unit, so I don't know if all the parts are right or not.

    Our ladder shelf arrive with the incorrect hardware. The inner and outer screws do not fit together and out shelf is now useless. I would not recommend this product.

    Wrong parts, damaged shelves

    To anyone else who may have ordered this bookshelf. Looks like a decent little shelve and over all i would be satisfied with it for the price i paid. However, my shelf is not assembled and is currently just a heap of unusable parts. The outer and inner joint screws that were sent to me are clearly not the same thread. Not one of the 8 pairs of screws would thread in to eachother in any combination. If you have bought this shelf, you will know that these are the main screws for putting the frame of the shelf together. Also, and this could be from shipping admittedly, the large shelf (570x348×15mm) arrived damaged when we opened the box. Overall this shelf looks decent and i would of likely left a better review. I even could of lived with the damage to the shelf on receipt, but the joint screw issue is what sealed the deal with me.

    I purchased this for my office. It was easy to put together. I have had it for a while now and it has been very durable. I have a diffuser that I use and noticed some water had gotten underneath of it with some essential oil; the shelf wiped clean without any damage. I also like the fact it does not show dust easily.
