My shipment arrived today in perfect condition and right on time. Put it together in about 15 min...all the hardware was included and all we needed was a screwdriver.
I purchased the dark cherry and it matched my bathroom cabinets very well. Nice and sturdy and a great value. I bought two of these storage shelves and two shoe organizers and am very happy with all four. I will purchase this brand again!

The bottom self attack points pulled through while I was assembling the unit as per instructions. No undue force/weight was put on the self. The material is so weak and the design so poor that the self failed under its own weight.

Holes not straight
No good

Bought this for my entryway. I followed the directions and when I go to hammer the dowels in the top, the holes for those are not straight so when I hammer then in all the way and add the plugs, the dowels break through the side and are now sticking out the sides. I know this stuff is cheap but come on.

I love this organizer. I bought 3 from target, very reasonable. I assembled them with no problem. They look nice and do the job I need them to do. I put one in my 1/2 bathroom for storage of extra toilet paper and other personal products. I would have given it 5 stars except the cubeicals baskets that I also purchased at Target for the cubeicals system didn't fit this particular organizer and apparently cubeicals doesn't make baskets to fit them at all! I was so disappointed. I've now purchased baskets that fit from another company. Sorry, Cubeicals, I would have gone out and purchased probably 4-5 more but I really don't want to spend the amount of money on the baskets from the other company. I'll be looking, sadly, for a system that is similar but also makes coordinating baskets.
