the product itself is actually a very good product. the color sucks. it only matches your wire rack products when the tie rack is actually attached to a hard surface products like your wood closet systems. the product used to be chrome which goes with any wood surface. the nickel product matches nothing and does not attach to the matching wire racks. why did you cheapen your product with a product that does not sell much?
